These terms apply to all services provided by Banolila. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
- A confirmed booking is required to secure any removal, packaging, or delivery service.
- Payment must be made in full before or on the day of service.
- Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. Details will be provided during booking.
- Proof of payment must be sent to mahlapeace@gmail.com for verification.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee based on time and resources allocated.
3. Liability & Damages
- While we take great care, Banolila is not liable for damage to items that were not packed by our team.
- Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery completion.
4. Delays & Access
- Clients must ensure access is available at both pickup and delivery locations.
- Unexpected delays due to access issues or traffic may affect timing but will be communicated promptly.
5. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The service request goes beyond the agreed scope
The environment poses a safety risk
The payment terms are not fulfilled
